We eat lunch there today she had taco salad and I had something I can't even spell. But it was really good. It had chicken steak and fried eggs over chips. It was extremely good. Loved it so much. Jess eat all of her salad too.
I have been happily coming to El Porton since I was 12 years old. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. They have the best queso and salsa in the city. I can’t say enough nice things about this wonderful place.
Uhhhh their drinks are the best! The low lit atmosphere makes it easy to enjoy a comfortable meal, with the low music until the robot servers come to your table every serve is a fiesta! The food is amazing and the staff is friendly, but they do not over service in an annoying manner they stay low key and use predictive servicing to get you just what you needed. Love this place ! 10 out of 10 would recommend if you love mexican food and calming environment. Ps the quesabirrias are amazing (not sure ifbi spelled correctly but yum!).
Went with coworkers for lunch. As soon as we sat down they were there with complimentary chips and salsa and to take drink orders. There were 4 of us and we each had different dishes. They have a smart serving robotic tray with a cat face playing music to bring out the food. I had the California Burrito but it was cold. I was told it was this way because of the cold ingredients but I asked to have it heated. They prepared a new burrito steaming hot along with the plate being hot as well. It was stuffed more with shredded chicken this time and delicious. The staff was very friendly and all the food was great.
Their chicken noodle soup is AMAZING! I was under the weather and a friend brought me a large container. Big pieces of tender chicken breast. It did make me feel better!! I’ll review with pictures when I return in person
Muy sabroso! Delicious Tex-mex! TL:DR A bit more authentic than your normal tex-mex, delicious and filling, and very affordable! Also... a robot helps deliver your food! Details: Came on a weeknight, and the place was moderately full. We were seated quickly, and the waitstaff was friendly and helpful. Salsa was very good, and their queso was nice and thick. I had the Pollo Chipotle, and it was... AMAZING! The cheesy Chipotle sauce was so savory, and the chicken was perfect. Please take my word for it and try immediately! I did not try any desserts, so I can't speak to that, but everything else here makes it worth going more than once! Oh, and a robot brings your plates to your table, then the waitress/waiter distributes it for you. Kind of fun, especially for the young ones!
Delicious food. Delicious drinks. I ordered the cheesesteak burrito and it was cooked to perfection. It was packed with meat, cheesy and just a yummy bite. This is my second time coming. I wasn’t crazy about what I ordered the first time. I’m glad we tried it again.
El Porton has upped it’s game with 2 robots helping to deliver hot, steaming food! This helps the wait staff to not get fajita burns, I’m sure. It also adds to the ambiance. Our kiddos loved watching the robots work. The food is always top-notch. I had the tortilla soup- amazing! Dad had fajitas, mom has tamales, and all were enjoyed.
